2. Author Rights and Licensing

Authors retain full copyright of their work. Upon acceptance, authors grant JOBPEF the right to publish their manuscript under the terms of a Creative Commons license, typically:

This license allows others to:

• Share (copy and redistribute) the material in any medium or format;
• Adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for any purpose, even commercially;

3. No Embargo Period

JOBPEF does not impose embargo periods. Articles are published and made available on the journal’s website immediately after they are finalized. There are no delays in access to published research.

4. Archiving and Preservation

To ensure long-term accessibility, all JOBPEF content is archived in secure digital repositories and may be mirrored in partner libraries or institutional repositories. Authors are also encouraged to self-archive their published articles in:

5. No Article Processing Charges (APCs) [if applicable]

Alternatively, if the journal does charge APCs, indicate the fees clearly and explain what the charges cover (editorial work, hosting, DOI assignment, etc.).
